No contract

I was working as a part time temp for Xmas. This lead to a permanent part time position. Since January I've been asking to sign my contract.

New manager started this week & is looking to change people's days/hours for the good of the business.

Can my hours be changed if I have nothing in writing?

Well unfortunately I believe they can. You should probably ask your manager for a one to one chat to talk about your needs and the companies before any decisions are made. If you have a good manager they will be as accommodating as possible.
