I start my first official job in almost 8 years tomorrow after having children & am ever so slightly sh!tting myself!
I only started looking for part time work 10 days ago, applied for a couple, had an interview tues and was offered the job there and then! It's all happened rather fast!
It's in the same field I was in before children, part time hours which work around school, really flexible so can have odd morning off or swap days if need be, and it's really good money too! I'm really pleased and I am feeling quite excited at the prospect of having a bit of financial independence for a change. I've just been out of it for so long, I'm absolutely dreading the first day!! Hints and tips greatly appreciated!
