Can't cope

Feel at the end . Can't cope at all with the thought of going back to work but can't get another job I'm officially screwed

What job do you usually do? Did you stop for maternity?

I'm sorry you feel so bad - what in particular feels too much? The thought of going back after maternity terrified me into a serious mental health decline but in actuality, I was able to adjust pretty well as its not the same as before kids and never will be so its hard to imagine how it will work out until it happens.

Try not to tie yourself up in knots over how you might cope / might feel and what might happen. Is there anyone in work you could start gentle communications with? A friend / HR / line manager?
