betterware

Has anyone done betterware - thinking about trying it - any advice?

I've not done betterware, do you like the stuff? If you do and there's a gap in your area i'd say go for it.

There's loads of different ones to choose from though - www.dsa.org.uk There's certainly money to be made if your prepared to put the work in, i think they all take a lot of work in the beginning then once you've built up a customer base things get easier.

I am an usborne team leader and also an avon rep. If you'd like any more info on either just let me know. i can recommend them both.

I was very enthusiastic when I started, did one lot of drop offs and was so disapointed at the amont of orders I didn't do it again.

Some people seem to make money doing betterware but it didn't work for me, I thought it would suit with the kids but you have to collect between 5pm and 8pm to get people in and go round at least twice. So once round each street to drop off catalogues (can be through the day), twice round in the evening to pick up and back again to drop off the orders.
