Where to advertise?

Hi I have just bought an estate agency franchise (no shop front) and I need to get properties on the market, I am trying to avoid the relentless leafleting that agents do so have decided to offer a referral incentive, £100 for being given a name of a homeowner wanting to sell. I think that this could be a good way for local people to earn some extra money but where do I advertise to get local people to see the scheme? I have thought of gumtree, mumsnet.... It is all up on my website and have been posting it to twitter
Any suggestions?

Local area Facebook Groups?

When local schools do events they often ask local business' to advertise in their brochures/offer sponsorship ie: School Fairs etc. Might be worth keeping an eye out for them advertising events and then approaching them. You then have quite a large audience of people who will have growing families. Same for nurseries and such like.

Local news agents/corner shops/supermarkets.

Local council Fundays and events as well.

Thank you! I had thought about going into local businesses such as hair dressers and taxi offices where the staff talk to local people but I like your ideas better!
