Any places where I can find an eager law student to help me with my case?

I need legal help. However, I do not qualify for legal aid but I do not have the amount of money lawyers are asking to represent my case.

All of the ones which are free I do not qualify for, what other options are there for people in my situation.

What you are really asking is for someone to work for nothing, and that someone probably invested a lot of time, money and effort in acquiring that knowledge. If the case is so complex you can't handle it yourself then you don't want to risk a law student who may only have partly studied what is actually required, and will have no experience to rely on.

If it's an employment issue, ACAS or CAB might be able to help.

Some cities have law centres where lawyers do pro bono or reduced fee work. (and are sometimes staffed by final year/post grad law students)

There's always no win no fee but these firms are likely to take a large part of any settlement.

There are several superb and helpful lawyers/HR people on this board - would posting the issue on here allow them to advise you on the how to approach the case?

Best of luck - in my view the erosion of legal aid is eroding people's human as well as employment rights.
