Job Description
• Working closely with Director, prepare project-specific marketing strategies (including: customer profiling, pricing strategy, marketing programme, marketing budget, PR strategy) to present to developer-clients
• Write briefs for and oversee the production of various marketing collateral such as CGIs, illustrations, 3d models etc.
• Prepare sales listings/brochures for online sales portals as well as company website
• Manage sales enquiries, arrange off-plan sales meetings as well as viewings on site during construction + after completion
• Manage legal side of sales, following up with solicitors and purchasers for the timely exchange and completion of sales
• Manage any purchaser-specific specification upgrades for off-plan purchases
• Managing show home in line with architects’ briefs
• Oversee preparation of Homeowners Manuals
• Handle the handover of completed homes to new owners
• Manage company marketing and PR (Inc. writing press releases, overseeing branding, sending out monthly newsletter, updating social media and managing website content and design)
• Actively take part in reviewing and developing company business strategy
• Assist Director in preparing pitches and attending meetings to win new business
• Assist Director with ad-hoc requests

Required skills:
• Design/presentation skills: you will need to be able to prepare professional and creative-looking presentations and documents
• Outstanding customer service
• Be able to conduct and present research efficiently
• Be able to think creatively and ‘outside the box’
• You should have an excellent grasp of MS Office: specifically Word and Powerpoint and ideally a good understanding of Photoshop/Indesign/Google Sketchup
• Excellent organisational skills: you will have to manage a significant workload and be able to work to deadlines
• An excellent attention to detail
• The company will occasionally organize events such as Sales Open Days and Launch parties so a knack for event planning and management is advantageous
• Ability to be autonomous and proactive
