is it ok to be paid at 24 hours a week even though i work 23,23,23,27 i claim tax credits and they say its ok to have an average of 24 hours as my claim but can my employer pay me 24 hours because i would still like the same pay every week as im paid weekly

I'm sure that won't be a problem at all - I know you suffer from anxiety, but it sounds like your employer, you and the tax credit people are happy with the arrangement, so it will be absolutely fine.

i didnt ask tax credits about been payed 24 every week exactly but they said as long as i average 24 hours its fine i only need to tell them if my yearly income changes

Then it will be fine to be paid 24 hours/week if your employer is happy with that arrangement, I'm sure.

thanks iv had a few days of absolute hell my overtime dropped so i wasnt averageing 24 hours per week so had to ask work to give me a definite set hours of overtime so i dont have to stop claiming tax credits luckily they agreed somebody told me that you werent allowed to average hours for tax credits and after numeous phone calls to tax credits they have said you can otherwise i would be constantly ringing them to tell them my hours i have worked
