Resigning while on leave and holiday entitlement

Hello!
I know I am entitled to holiday and bank holidays whilst I am on maternity leave. Am I still entitled to that if I resign?

I think you're only entitled to what you've accrued up until the point you resign. You're best off resigning at the end of your leave. You're only entitled to those benefits while employed, but there's nothing stopping you taking your year and resigning at a time when your accrued annual leave/BHs can be your notice period.
