Do you have to reapply for working tax credits after a break in work? I think i read before that you have to do 30 hours a week but after a month, you have to reapply again?

You have to tell them each time there is a change in your circumstances. So if you leave a job, start a job, change of hours, change of salary etc you have to tell them.
Once you have told them about a change then you don't need to ring again until there is another change.
