I had an interview today

for a nursery position BUT the 2 people who were supposed to be interviewing me weren't in so I got interviewed by someone else. She apologised that because they're run off their feet at the moment she was only able to do a very quick interview with me which basically consisted of flicking through my CV and asked me about the previous childcare experience. She didn't ask me any questions and I didn't get the chance to ask her any. All in all the interview last about 5 minutes. There are some questions I really wanted to ask though like how many hours could they offer me and what age group of children would I be working with etc...I didn't even get shown around but the girl who interviewed me apologised again for that and said it was because she had no time. If I get offered the position would it be inreasonable of me to ask for a 2nd interview to discuss the role in depth and get a tour of the nursery?

Not unreasonable, and possibly would confirm that they were right to offer you the position. Whether it is the right job to take is another question.

Depends on the answers to the questions you wanted to ask but were not give the opportunity to do.

I wonder of what Freckle wanted to say was that they didn't treat you very well at your interview (imo) so what would they be like as employers. Presumably they made the appointment for the interview at a time to suit them, so why weren't they there? Leaving someone who was basically doing a simple screening job (and didn't really have the time to do that) was inexcusable. They could have rescheduled if something cropped up. It really depends how interested you are in this particular job, I guess.

When you go for a new job I honestly think you have to be sure it's the right company for you as well as the company interviewing you to see if you're the right person for the job.

I would definately ask for an in depth chat with the manager if you were offered the job.
