Working during pregnancy

I am concerned how many threads there are with new mums not knowing how to deal with issues surrounding pregnancy and working.
So to all you new mums working during your pregnancy and those returning after maternity leave i would like to provide this link as to what you can expect from your employer once you have notified him of your pregnancy in witing.
Please note It is in your interests to notify the employer of your pregnancy in writing as soon as possible, so that an assessment can be completed but you don't have to, its your choice, but once your employer has been notified there are legal requirements that he must follow.
Hope this helps.

"notified him"

"he must follow"

Seriously?! You've not read the 'Sexism at Work" thread, have you?
