I'm an interim specialist and I like the variety. I'm often asked to apply for jobs I'm care taking but haven't ever fancied taking the plunge. Until now. I've applied for the post in a company I've been working in for the past two months and the interview is Tuesday. How do I play being the internal candidate? Any tips? I really want this job.
