Application form help please

This is the first application form I have had to fill in for many years, (previous jobs have not required one) and I am finding some of the questions difficult to answer.

The role is for Housekeeper assistant in a hotel.

The two questions I am struggling with are:
Can you demonstrate your passion for delivering an excellent product?

Can you demonstrate your impeccable standards for presentation?

I just don't know what sort of things to include and how to word it.

If anyone can offer any help or advice I would really appreciate it.

sounds rather oddly worded question for that type of position, but perhaps they want to know about your attention to detail, time keeping, politeness, personal presentation, etc. I guess in the hotel trade you need to be 'all about' making guests feel looked after, comfortable, ensuring that everything is clean/neat/in working order in their rooms, and that any issues are dealt with politely/quickly. Perhaps check their web page and look for whet they 'sell' about themselves (if anything!!) and build on that - family friendly, business guests, weddings, conferences, etc. Good luck!

I don't think you necessarily have to give hotel-related examples.

Q1: The only thing I can think of here is if you sold products on commission, and your passion enabled you to meet and surpass your sales target ie. everyone was so enthused by you that they bought lots more products than they intended

Q2: something like where you were commended for organising an event and it generated repeat business (if not necessarily in the 'business' sense) OR could be something like interior design, floristry, setting up exhibitions...

Difficult to give better examples not knowing your background.

I think I have a few other potential examples somewhere - I'll see if I can find them.

I really need help with an application for for studen health visitor. Been nursing for a year now on a critical area need a Change and always liked HV.. Any pointers in filling in the forms? Much appreciated x
