I've got an interview for Finance Manager in a secondary school. It's a considerable step up from the school office job I have atm, but well within my pre DC experience. I think I'm a strong candidate and I did a good application.
The head himself called to invite me to interview and it's to be a full day affair
In my previous career, interviews were always competency based (which are really easy to prepare for, provided you give it enough time) and my interview for my current school job was a 20 min chat type thing.
So, this time, it's to be an inbox exercise, a budgeting exercise, an interview by the school council, then a "proper" interview.
What should I expect and how do I prepare?
