Keeping In Touch Days

hi

any of you had any experience regarding the KIT days? any useful advice on how to plan it? i have to deal with a not so friendly manager in planning this, and in all honesty im scared to say anything so i wont lose my job..

What is your issue? Do you want to do some KIT days but your manager is not being helpful? Or are you being forced to do some KIT days which you don't feel are necessary? Or something else? They are not mandatory.

i dont mind doing the kit days.. i like my job ( at least most of the times) but the way im being required to do it is sort of like forcing me into it.. and considering the manager who does it is the workplace bully im a bit worried to say no.

For me they were a goid oportunity to catch up. But no one forced me.

KIT days are exactly that. Days you can choose to keep in touch, days used for training if you do so to keep in touch.

Do you have any days you wish to attend or is it that the manager request you to attend a day?

Don't forget 1 KIT day is measured in hours, you don't have to do a full day.

You're under no obligation to work KIT days in the same way your employer does not need to offer them. As curly says you don't have to work a full day so even just a couple of hours.
