hi flowery. please is 0.6 contract less secure than full time?

I'm not flowery but it makes no difference to security. If it's a permanent contract it doesn't matter what hours you have. You also have no real security until you've served 2 years of employment because you can't take an employer to tribunal for unfair dismissal until that time (excepting discrimination).

Yes hours make no difference and no job is secure for two years anyway.
