Hi Girls, I am a medical secretary worked for the NHS nearly 2-3 years and had to quit my job due to child care issues. Handling 4year old twins and a two year old is not a joke!!! I am thinking of doing something at home to get some extra income to run the family. I have a good speed in typing but never tried this audio typing before. I also have a sound knowledge in medical terms so thought to go for a home based medical transcription job. Can anyone help me with this. I am also thinking to do a medical transcription course which might take up to two months to complete. Please ladies come up with some really good solutions.
