Online Survey about lampshades, please help

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to open start a business selling handmade lampshades and I am looking for some honest feedback about some of the products I am thinking about selling. The survey is only short, it has 9 questions.

I have decided to start working for myself after having child number 2 and childcare for 2 children is too expensive.
