Hi I have returned to work after mat leave. My job was only FT but a secondment came up that supposedly PT-30hrs
I accepted its now turned in to a lead role- and I am managing just about skill wise. But given its a grade higher should I be asking for pay increase or do you think o should just be grateful I scored PT where there wasn't one.
The skills I am learning will aid my career once my kids are older and I want FT again. Although I am bring work home now which I didn't want to do....
What would you do?
