need motivation please....

It's a work day for me today (I work for myself part-time). I'm finding it hard to get motivated today. I also think I'm beginning to miss having colleagues around. That's all really!

In which profession do you work?
I know it is sometimes hard to get motivated. Especially whe things don't get smoothly enough.
But you should think about your goals, what you want to achieve and WHY!
You probably changed from employment to homebusiness, right?

Can you chop up your time into chunks? I find that helps. 45min to work and then have a break/get a drink etc.

And shutting down my email helps too. It is so distracting! As is MN.
