I've been back in full time work since the start of July after 10 months mat leave. I now work slightly reduced hours but this just means that I need to try to fit a full time (plus a bit) job into shorter hours.
My DP is self employed and I do his paperwork (invoices, payroll etc) as well.
What with housework etc, I just feel that I don't spend enough time with DD (just 1). I feel that I'm not doing anything properly and that something's gotta give. We can't afford for me to give up work completely but if I went to part time I think that I would still be expected to undertake everything that was currently expected of me at work.
I just feel like I'm drowning and I don't know how to fix it.

Truly grim.

Do you honestly have to do your DH's paperwork? What about paying somebody else to do it?

Is there any chance of a jobshare, so that you are working p/t but still part of an f/t job?
