Hi I'm hoping somebody can point me the right direction. I have been a medical secretary in General Practice for twenty years and having become a grandma and turned fifty last year I feel the need to reassess my life! I would dearly love to be my own boss and have started to think about using my medical experience to set up as a home medical transcriber. Can anybody help with advice about this - would really appreciate it :).
