Quick question about declaring savings interest on self assessment

I can't recall what is on the online form as usually don't have any interest to declare- all my savings are ISAs except one. I've got around £140 interest from a Bond but the interest has already been deducted at source- statement from Nationwide arrived today and shows this. Do I still need to declare the interest when tax has already been deducted or do I have the option to say interest already deducted?

I think if you look at the online form, you can list separately amounts received with interest deducted and without interest deducted.
