I can't imagine anyone is on Mumsnet at this hour on christmas eve let alone anyone sober enough to answer a tax question - but if you are you must be an angel :) I have to submit my corporation tax return by tomorrow and I have spent the afternoon trying to get it in but now I can't get onto the HMRC online corporation tax return, there's no-one left in the tax office (shocker) and I have no idea what to do. I'm thinking as I earned less than 5k for the period I should just submit a 'no corporation tax due form' but I can't find any info on what the threshold (if there is one) should be. Any angels out there to help?

There is no threshold for corporation tax

you are a limited company?

have the accounts been properly prepared and filed?
Why on earth would your deadline be other than the end of a month?
