WWYD - interview while on mat leave

I'm coming to the end of my maternity leave and have just resigned from my current role - yet to negotiate precise end dates etc as I have a lot of accumulated holiday. I was originally going back beginning of February.

I have just heard that I have an interview for literally my dream job, and I'm not sure how up front to be about my current situation, particularly if they are worried about my 3 month notice period (which they may be as they've mentioned quick turnaround). I don't really want to tell them that I'm on maternity leave as I don't really want to tell them I have a child - but is honesty actually the best policy? I have not mentioned it at past interviews, but does my having resigned change that? I am totally at sea as all my recent applications have been through agencies so I've had somebody to ask these things! Any thoughts much appreciated.

I would tell them but be very confident about it to reassure that it won't be an issue. "Always planned to go back to work and have nanny/nursery already in place from 1 February. Resigned because of x to leave me free to look for something like this and take next career move" etc.
