Hi I'm due back to work at the end of the month after maternity leave. Problem is I've a son that is in school in the area I live from 9.15 - 12.15 mon - fri and I work 40 minutes away.. I have nobody in my area that can look after him when I go back to work.. I have a minder for my daughter who lives beside where I work so that's not the problem.. I don't no what to do I've asked my employer if I could change to part time and work 2 days a week (when my husband would be home from work early enough to pick him up) what are my options here?? In getting so stressed out about it ??
