working tax credits - apply by post or internet possible?

Wanted to know whether there was a way of applying for working tax credits by internet/email or post as I can't call them during their office hours.

You will need to fill in the form I think. Then you get a renewal every year.
I would see if you can download and print the form or even request they send you one, then just post it.

You have to ring them initially to set up the claim - you give a few basic details by phone then they send you a claim pack. They are open evenings and Saturdays though, surely there must be some time you can call?

maybe you can write them. i've found the address in liverpool. i believe they require your national insurance number. not sure what else. maybe someone else know better (what information is required before they'll send you a pack...)
