maternity leave queries

will be entitled to SMP so company not paying my mat leave. really hope to find a new job whilst im on mat leave but heard i might have to go back for a certain amount of time or will have to pay money back? thought as long as i give them notice im ok. i will have to give them 8 weeks notice so not sure any new employers will wait this long?

any thoughts

if it is just SMP then you wont owe anything back, it is only if they give you extra money on top that would mean you may have to pay some back.

ok thats good not to say i will find a new job but just encase. i woukd imagine that holiday pay would be paid to you as if you left normally?
