I am busy with an online application with a closing date of tomorrow and one of the first main questions (not actually job-related) has a yes and no answer. My answer is no but a big possibility of yes but I don't know and I need to talk to someone about it as I worked very hard on this application for me to possibly screw it up now.

If it's something like do you drive and you are very likely to have passed your test and are worried that they will automatically filter out everyone who says no, I would tick yes and then put a note in one of the later text boxes.
