NHS Band 5 Admin Manager - tips please

Hi all. I wonder if I could ask for tips for an upcoming interview for a Band 5 Admin Manager in the NHS. I've seen anearlier thread and paid attention to that (and PM'd the OP) but if anyone has any ideas how to storm an interview I'd be really grateful!
