How to make that jump up to the next level

I'm thinking about my next career move and the next jump up feels like a biggish leap actually and whilst I suspect I can do it, I'm having a confidence wobble.

What if it's more than I can cope with? What if I get "found out"?

Has anyone got any advice on how to bridge that gap in confidence more than anything else?

I guess a sideways move with the hope of progression might be a more natural/organic way of doing it but that's a bit slow for me Wink

Loads of people go through this - google imposter syndrome. I think recognising that it's normal to feel this way is one of the first steps in conquering it.

I know exactly the feeling. My advice would be to remember that no-one knows how you feel inside - keep your confidence up by focusing on what you know and your skills and never be apologetic or anxious if you don't have an answer straight away on something.
