DH handed in his one month's notice notice a couple of weeks ago and has 4 days holiday still owing He would rather tag the holiday to the end of his notice so that he leaves four days early.
However, his employer is insisting, due to "the needs of the business", that he works on one of these four days so in effect he will be off on Mon, Tues & Wed, work on Thursday and have Friday, his last day, off. Can they make him do this?
