I'm posting on behalf of a friend who's not on here.
Last Friday she was told that her job has changed without any prior notice or consultation. She's now working in a different department, same pay and conditions.
She is on holiday this week so hasn't actually started her new job yet.
She feels pretty annoyed and devalued about this and is wondering if there is anything she can do.
She's a consistently high achiever and every goal she is set she maanges. She was also promised a pay rise if she hit some targets but this hasn't happened.
The new person doing her old job started on Monday this week.
Can she do anything? Any advice would be greatly appreciated
