I'm back at work 4d per week and think my employers have miscalculated my AL entitlement.
Paperwork says I'm entitled to 33p/a including BH.
Am I right in thinking I should receive 33d worth of holidays for the period where I was on ML, and 4/5 of 33d for the rest of the year? Then I must deduct any BH from my entitlement for Christmas?
