I have an interview tomorrow

I'm 40 and have a job interview tomorrow. It's my first one ever and I'm terrified.

I fell into my first job in my early twenties without an interview and stayed with the company for twelve years promoted twice again without interview.
I left around 8 years ago to start my own business working from home which I still have but have outsourced over this year to the point I'm working a few hours a few times a week so decided to upload my cv to an agency and I have an interview.

I am honestly clueless as to what I will be asked and how to keep myself calm, I'm shaking as I type.

Any advice much appreciated. It's nothing flash front of house and marketing, I think it's basically receptionist with a bit of customer marketing.

I'd go smart, suit, shift dress or smart skirt/trousers and shirt. Make sure you really know what's on your CV/application inside out and what type of questions they may ask - google will help but it's unlikely to be the cryptic type, more about your experience and whether you have the skills and are the right fit for the role. Try to treat it like an experience, whatever the result this is a learning experience and chance to practice. It's also a chance for you to learn more about the role and the company - find some good questions to ask them too, you might find it isn't right for you anyway. Good luck.
