I'm 25 weeks pregnant will be 26 on Monday. We were told last week that in my department there will be redundancy and my job is at risk. I've handed in my maternity letter a few weeks ago before this happened and I have matb1 to hand in tomorrow. If I get made redundant will i still get smp? I'm due to go on maternity leave on the 23rd December.

I'm no expert but my understanding is that you should still get it. Week 25 is the qualifying week and as you're still working there then you have therefore qualified for it.
