Digital Marketing job share - South-West / West/Central London

I'm a Digital Marketing Manager (& mum!) with almost 10 years' experience in digital (content-management, SEO, Social Media, eCRM, mobile) and I'm reaching out to see if anyone would be interested in a job share. With the right person, I may be able to negotiate a job share for my current full-time role or I would be open to jointly applying for full-time roles in this field.

It would also be great if anyone has any tips on finding part-time roles in Marketing/Media - it seems that they're like gold-dust in this sector!

Interestingly I came across a company called digital mums. It's an interesting concept - Look them up. They may be able to match you up with some part-time freelance work?

Sorry, but can't help with your job share. Great idea and if you can convince you current employer then go for it. Trying to find a new role which offers job share is hard though. I kinda know a little about job-sharing as I used to run a job-share programme for a corporate company. It suffers from the same issues as mums returning to work, finding part-time work, family friendly work environment etc.
