I have an interview next week for an administrative job with a forces-based sixth from college.
Does anyone have any advice as to how to approach the interview? There will be an in-tray test which should be straightforward but I have never worked for any forces related organisation before, so have no experience of the kind of interview to expect. I have worked in manufacturing industry and more recently in higher education. They have seen my CV so they must have thought my experience was relevant.
I have looked at the website, and the person spec and the roles and responsibilities are two pages long! (it is a 20-hour/week, term-time role).
Any advice would be really appreciated.
