7 months ago I made enquiries to my HR department about a flexible working request. I was sent a copy of our companies policy and advised to speak to my manager.
Once I had spoken with my manager, she asked me to email her all the information we had discussed. It was agreed that my shifts would be changed in order that I wouldn't have to work weekday mornings, however herein lies the problem, I do not have any of the changes in writing. Where do I stand if the current manager (The manager that agreed my new working pattern is on maternity leave) tries to alter my shifts?
Any advice would've much appreciated.
