Letter of resignation

Is this explanatory without being too goady? I want to express my anger as to how I have been treated and want to mention the falsification of the file note as Racist Lady has no idea that she is that stupid to have been rumbled and a copy of this will go to her. Not that it matters that she has been rumbled because nothing will be done about it but I just want it on record and can see this as being the only way to ensure it is written down somewhere.

Dear Manager Lady

Thank you for your letter dated 11th September.

Given its contents I feel that I have no option but to tender my resignation, this letter being notice of that.

I would never feel comfortable working in an office with either Racist Lady or Total Nutter given the serious untrue allegations that they made about me which the Trust refuses to investigate.

To even contemplate reporting to Racist Lady when she falsified a HR file note about me, signed and dated mentioning my pregnancy before conception had even take place, fills me with anxiety. In my opinion you need to respect your manager and given her dishonesty and casual racism I feel that I am unable to do this.

I will forward you a cheque for the amount of overpayment of maternity pay upon receipt of a final figure.

Yours sincerely

Have you seen an employment solicitor re a constructive dismissal claim?

With the pregnancy angle, you are into sex harassment territory, and so the usual 2 year period for UD claims falls away. I would have a word with a lawyer and perhaps you might end up with a small settlement, or at least not having to re pay them.

No point fighting it was told.

They will not acknowledge wrong doing just that allegations were not malicious and as only investigators saw them I should not have an issue.

I don't have to go back for financial reasons so best to just resign as the anxiety even the thought of going back causes me is immense.

I was told there would be a meeting as to where I would be returning to but got the letter stating that I had to return to previous post.

I wore 2 hats there, one of which has been taken away from me due to restructuring.
