Bloody child tax credit!!!!

Hi all,
Just got my reviewed child tax credit pack through after updating changes and we are getting less . Don't understand really, seeing that i am working part-time therefore earning less and we are paying a registered childminder. So we are earning less and paying out more, yet our working tax credits/child tax credits have gone down!!! Also don't qualify for any help with paying childminder. Just a bit confused by it all really!!

ring them up to make sure incase they've made an error. As its so complicated reading those child tax credit forms

i went onto income support in august and the housing wont pay my rent until i show prof of child tax credits.so far ive had 3 wrong awards sent incl one with the wrong childs names on!!
finally now getting correct one sent out.my landlady's going ballistic.dont just accept it.ring them up and get them to go through it all with you.i rang 5 times before i got the correct details.they're open everyday 8am-8pm.0845 300 3900.ring them and if you dont get any luck with the person you speak to, ring straight back and speak to someone else.good luck

useful website to see roughly what you should be getting.if you fill it in correctly with all details it should bring up the correct amount you should be on.try it and see if its the same as what they've awarded you.
