Some I run my own company employing 17 people and ordinary have an excellent system of delegation.
I have taken 8 days holiday last day today. A set of circumstances have occurred that have meant I have needed to attend the office 6 days out of the 8.
Sometimes it is just rubbish being the boss.

Try taking holiday again, maybe you can get better at it if you work at it

that and having clients turn up at the house to sort paperwork at 10pm
and doing the daily email check on holiday - just because
