I have a project to do for work. It is about rolling out the use of a system across the organisation. What should I cover in the project document? Introduction, stakeholders, risks...um.. anyone able to fill in the gaps? Ideally PRINCE2 project style, but happy with anything to be honest (no one will notice if it isn't PRINCE2, but they might notice if it IS iyswim!)
