Competency interview

I have an interview soon and the recruiter has told me that it will (predominantly) be a competency based interview. Can someone please help me think of the competences they're likely to ask me? I so far have: initiative, influence, teamwork, something difficult you've overcome... Any others?

Thanks.

When we do competency interviews they're based on the competencies listed in the person specification. Prioritisation/conflicting demands and outstanding customer service are popular in ours.

No one can advise on what the competencies they're asking questions about will be without knowing the job and what the person spec says about the requirements of the job in terms of skills, experience and attributes. Can you give some more information?
