Have been off sick for 3 days. I work from home full time but have tonsillitis. I got antibiotics yesterday and starting to feel better, but still feel rather gubbed. I still had a fever this morning and was sweaty Betty after taking ibuprofen I've had to,deal with a couple of things due to my boss not being able to and now I've got a TC the client is expecting me to go to this afternoon (!). I've suffered from tonsillitis before but have had recurrences, partly due to going back too early and getting run down and stressed again and now allowing my body to rest. But now I'm able to at least get up for a few hours, do you thinki should go back tomorrow or after bank hol weekend?
