I really should know this, but anyway. I am applying for a promoted post in the organisation where I already work.
Regarding references - the application asks for two, so I've used my current line manager. Who do I put as the second? I'm seeing a previous line manager tonight (she still works there but in a different area) so could ask her or I could ask someone I've worked with out with the organisation - we do a lot of partnership working.
