Has anyone used Jigsawbox?

I am considering using Jigsawbox to run a training course. I like the fact that people on the course can have email discussions with me via the programme. My concerns are
a) is it easy to to use
b) what happens to your content if you decide not to use it anymore?

Is there any easy way of extracting the content from the programme?

The company I work for use it, and so I have used it as a trainee and found it pretty easy to use as learning tool. With regards to your other questions I can't help sorry
