Hi there - silly question I am sure but please can someone explain how weeks are calculated for maternity leave? I understand that it's paid weekly and for July I have received four weeks pay. But just wondering how that is worked out when there are three full weeks and two shorter weeks (4 days) in the month.

Not sure what you mean by how weeks are calculated. A week is a week. If you get paid monthly then obviously other than February, there are never going to be an exact number of weeks in a month, so if you're not sure how your pay for any individual month is calculated, you'll need to check with your payroll what the breakdown is for any month.
