Just as the title asks, and if so, what position?

I'm asking as I'm after some advice

I used to. I was a Programme Manager managing a portfolio of projects, some new build, some refurbishment, some maintenance of existing facilities and some with an element of relocation.

Yes, sort of. Not the same setting as previous poster though.
